Points cutoff for each Epoch are based on data of the current Epoch to ensure that while it is not too difficult to rank up for smaller players, distribution remains fair for top contributors. Liquidity Provider Rewards are rank-based due to the exponential points differences between users. The overall model follows the majority vote.
