Grvt’s withdrawal system ensures security by limiting withdrawals to pre-approved addresses. For businesses, pre-approving a withdrawal address triggers the account's multi-signature threshold.
You can use the Send feature to transfer funds either to another Grvt account (internal transfer) or to an external wallet.
For a Business Account
Complete 2FA (if enabled) and sign with your SecureKey to add and approve an address in your address book in Settings > Address Book.
If there are multiple admins, a multi-signature threshold must be met before an address is added to the account's address book.
To withdraw to a pre-approved address, a user with
Funding Adminpermission orWithdrawalpermission in the funding account must initiate the withdrawal.
For an Individual Account
Before you can send funds, you'll need to add the recipient to your recipient list.
There are two ways to add a recipient:
Option 1: Add recipients from your Profile
Click your Profile icon in the top-right corner and select Recipients
Wallet → Add Wallet Recipient to add an external wallet.
Grvt → Add Grvt Friend to add another Grvt account.
Complete 2FA verification.
Approve the request by signing with your SecureKey.
Option 2: Add recipients while sending funds
If you haven't added the recipient yet, you can also do so during the transfer process.
Click your Profile icon in the top-right corner.
Under your Funding Account, click Send.
Choose the appropriate tab:
Wallets → Add Wallet Recipient to withdraw to an external wallet.
Grvt → Add Grvt Friend to transfer funds to another Grvt account.
Complete 2FA verification if you have enabled it on your account.
Approve the request by signing with your SecureKey.
Once the recipient has been successfully added, you can proceed with your transfer.

The following diagram shows your withdrawn funds moving from our Layer 2 GRVT chain to Layer 1, ensuring self-custody via smart contracts. Your updated balance will be reflected in the GRVT app.
Important notes
Grvt transfers are internal transfers between Grvt users and are completed within the platform.
Wallets are used for withdrawals to external blockchain addresses.
All new recipients require SecureKey approval before they can receive funds.
Please ensure you select the correct network, currency, and recipient address before confirming your transaction, as blockchain transfers generally cannot be reversed.
Withdrawals to supported multi-chain destinations are also available via our RhinoFi cross-chain bridge, subject to the following daily limit:
50,000 USDT for individual accounts.
The limit will be increased as we build our bridging capabilities. In the meantime, there are no withdrawal limits in our native Ethereum bridge.
