What documents are accepted as proof of address?
Updated this week

If required, we will ask for your proof of residential address in order to verify your identity for our regulatory compliance program. Providing a residential address will also help keep your account secure.

When submitting proof of address, it's important to ensure the document is clear, legible, and includes both your name and current residential address. Additionally, the document must be dated within the last three months to be considered valid.

Below are the types of documents we accept as proof of address:

1. Utility Bills

We accept bills from utility services, including:

  • Electricity

  • Water

  • Gas

2. Bank or Credit Card Statements

A statement from your bank or credit card provider is also acceptable

3. Government-Issued Documents

We accept official government documents such as:

  • Property tax statements

  • Other official government correspondence that includes your address

Important Reminders:

  • Ensure the document issue date is clearly shown on the document.

  • The name on the proof of address must be match with the name of your account.

If you have any questions or need further assistance with submitting your proof of address, feel free to reach out to our support team.
