1) Registration eligibility and deadlines
To be eligible to receive your $GRVT allocation at TGE, you must have completed registration and accepted the applicable terms and conditions within the registration window.
Registration deadline: 27 July 2026, 00:00:00 UTC
If you did not complete registration before this deadline, your allocation will be forfeited and you will no longer be able to claim the tokens. This rule applies uniformly across all users and cannot be overridden.
2) How your $GRVT is distributed
How you receive your $GRVT at TGE depends on when you completed registration and which destination you selected.
Registered before 17 July 2026 — automatic distribution
If you completed TGE registration before 17 July 2026 and selected where to receive your $GRVT, your first eligible tranche will be sent automatically to your chosen destination: Grvt, BSC, or Ethereum. No action is required on your part.
Selected an external BSC or Ethereum wallet: Please allow up to 30 minutes for your $GRVT to arrive. This delay is due to network congestion and is expected. Your tokens are on their way.
Selected your GRVT account: Your $GRVT will be credited to your account immediately at TGE.
Registered after 17 July 2026 — manual claim required
If you completed TGE registration after 17 July 2026, you will need to claim your allocation manually via the Reward Portal.

Please note: each unlocked batch of $GRVT has a 30-day claim window. Once that window passes, the batch can no longer be claimed and we are unable to make exceptions to this. We recommend claiming each batch promptly and setting a reminder ahead of each unlock date.
3) How to manually claim your $GRVT
To claim your $GRVT allocation manually:
Log in to your GRVT account at https://grvt.io/exchange/login
Go to the Reward Portal: https://grvt.io/exchange/reward-portal
Locate your claimable batch and click Claim.
Your $GRVT will be credited to your GRVT account once confirmed.
If you have multiple unlocked batches, each must be claimed individually.
4) Viewing your $GRVT balance
You can view your $GRVT tokens at any time on your bottom of your Portfolio page:
Your $GRVT balance will appear in both your Trading and Funding account sections, depending on where your tokens are currently held.
5) Moving $GRVT between your accounts
You can move $GRVT freely between your Funding account and your Spot Trading account at any time. Internal transfers are instant and carry no on-chain fee.

Please note: $GRVT cannot be transferred to your Perpetual Trading account.
6) Note on $GRVT token transfer times
Deposits into your GRVT account from the Ethereum Network typically take ~20 minutes to process.
Withdrawals (bridging out of GRVT) take a minimum of 3 hours, and up to 6 hours. This is due to zkSync protocol's minimum settlement delay of 3 hours, and is outside GRVT's control.
We recommend factoring these timelines into any time-sensitive transfers.
7) FAQs
Q: I registered before 17 July and chose an external wallet. It has been more than 30 minutes and I still haven't received my $GRVT. What should I do?
If more than 30 minutes have passed and your tokens have not arrived, please contact the GRVT support team at [email protected] and provide your Account ID and wallet address. Our team will investigate and follow up with you directly.
Q: I missed a 30-day claim window. Can I still claim that batch?
Unfortunately, once a 30-day claim window has passed, the batch can no longer be claimed and we are unable to make exceptions. We recommend setting reminders ahead of each unlock date to avoid missing future windows.
Q: Can I transfer my $GRVT to my Perpetual Trading account?
No. $GRVT can only be moved between your Funding account and your Spot Trading account. Transfers to your Perpetual Trading account are not supported.
Q: I did not register before the 27 July 2026 deadline. Can I still receive my allocation?
If registration was not completed before the deadline of 27 July 2026, 00:00:00 UTC, the allocation is forfeited and can no longer be claimed. This applies uniformly to all users and cannot be reversed.
