To deposit from another exchange (e.g. Binance, OKX) via the Arbitrum network, follow these steps:
Navigate to the sidebar menu and click on the Deposit icon.
Select From other exchanges.
Choose the currency you wish to deposit. We currently support USDT only.
You will see a QR code and deposit address. Tap the copy icon to copy the address, then paste it into the withdrawal platform's address field. Alternatively, save and import the QR code directly.
After confirming the deposit request, your transfer will be processed. The confirmation time varies depending on the current network traffic.
Note: Ensure you are sending the funds to the correct deposit address in order to not lose your funds.
