Auto-Deleveraging (ADL) is the final step in the liquidation process, triggered when Insurance Funds cannot cover a bankrupt futures position. Coin-margined contracts are more prone to ADL than USD-margined contracts due to smaller shared insurance funds.

GRVT strives to avoid ADL through features like Cancel Limit Orders, but the volatility of crypto markets and high leverage make it unavoidable at times. Despite this, we aim to minimize ADL liquidations as much as possible to enhance the user experience.
