For one specific product (e.g., BTC Perpetual), if any of the following conditions is met, the ADL will be triggered:
The insurance fund has gone bankrupt.
The balance of the insurance fund has dropped by more than 30% in the past 8 hours, i.e., the current balance, compared to the balance 8 hours ago, dropped by more than 30%.
Note that, after the ADL is triggered, for any position to be liquidated in the future, ADL will only be conducted and it will not liquidate in the orderbook by placing orders.
After the ADL is triggered, if any of the following conditions is met, the ADL will be disabled:
The insurance fund has raised above a given threshold (e.g., 10000 USDT).
The balance of the insurance fund has raised above the 75% of the max balance over the past 8 hours.
