1. Confirm you are logged into the correct email account
Ensure you are logged into the email address associated with your GRVT account. If you have multiple email accounts, double-check that you are viewing the correct one.
2. Check that the email address registered to your GRVT account is correct
To confirm your registered email address, navigate to [Settings] > [Security]. Please ensure that the email address listed is correct.
3. Check your spam folder
If emails from GRVT are being directed to your spam folder, you can prevent this by marking them as “safe” or by whitelisting frequently-used GRVT email addresses. For more detailed instructions, please refer to this article.
4. Ensure your email client or service provider is functioning properly
Verify that your email server settings are correct and that there are no conflicts caused by firewall or antivirus software that could prevent you from receiving emails.
5. Check your email inbox capacity
