How long does it take to receive my USDT?
TLDR: About 20–25 minutes on average.
Onramper leg — Fiat processing and release:
Typically ~15 minutes.
Credit cards process immediately; bank transfers may take hours to days.
First-time users may face additional delays due to KYC/AML checks.
XY Bridge leg:
Usually 5–8 minutes (up to 15 minutes if the network is congested).
Note: Onramper’s integrated providers handle the fiat transactions, and neither GRVT nor XY Finance see the payment status until funds are released. Where can I find my purchase history?
All deposits fulfilled via the Onramper integration will be found in the Deposit History section, Arbitrum tab ( https://grvt.io/exchange/account/history/transfer?by=xy-proxy&tab=deposit ) of our app.
Using the menu navigation, go to My Account > History under your profile or user centre.
Under History, go to Transfer, then to the Arbitrum tab.
For complete details (fiat spent, conversion rate), refer to your onramp provider.
I already did KYC with GRVT, why am I being asked to do KYC again?
This is up to each onramp provider, but likely it is to comply with the law. GRVT not share your KYC data and neither GRVT nor Onramper have access to the KYC information you provide externally. Each onramp provider conducts its own compliance checks, though Onramper will prioritize providers with whom you’ve already completed KYC.
