Overview

GRVT allows you to export your account history directly from the platform β€” Including your trade records, funding activity, and transaction history. Whether you need it for tax reporting, personal records, or auditing purposes, the Export feature makes it easy to download your data in just a few steps.

Where to Find the Export Feature

1. Trading History: You can access the Export History feature from the Order History page.

2. Transaction History: You can access the Export History feature from the Transaction History page.

Step-by-Step Guide: Trading History

Follow these steps to export your order history:

  1. Select the Report Type you want to export:

    1. Order History

    2. Trade History

    3. Funding History

  2. Click the Export button

  3. Select your Trading Account

  4. Select your Time Range:

    1. Use a preset range (e.g. Last 7 Days), or

    2. Select Custom to define your own date range (maximum past 60 days)

  5. Choose your preferred File Format:

    1. CSV (recommended for spreadsheet use)

    2. PDF (recommended for records and printing)

  6. Click Export to submit the request

  7. Once the file is ready, it will appear in the Export File section - Click to download

Follow these steps to export your order history:

  1. Select the Report Type you want to export:

    1. Deposit

    2. Transfer

    3. Withdraw

  2. Click the Export button

  3. Select your Trading Account

  4. Select your Time Range:

    1. Use a preset range (e.g. Last 7 Days), or

    2. Select Custom to define your own date range (maximum past 60 days)

  5. Choose your preferred File Format:

    1. CSV (recommended for spreadsheet use)

    2. PDF (recommended for records and printing)

  6. Click Export to submit the request

  7. Once the file is ready, it will appear in the Export File section - Click to download

Limitations

  1. Date range: Maximum 60 days per export request. For longer periods, run multiple exports with non-overlapping date ranges and combine them.

  2. Excluded data: Cancelled and rejected orders are not included in Trade exports.

  3. On-chain transaction hashes: May take up to 30 minutes to appear after on-chain confirmation.

  4. Web only: The Export feature is only available on the web version of GRVT.

  5. Export limit: Users can export a maximum of 10 reports per week.

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. How long does it take for the export file to be ready?

    Most exports are generated within a few minutes. Larger date ranges may take slightly longer - Keep the panel open until the file appears in the Export File section.

  2. Can I export data for a specific trading account?

    Yes. In the export file section, use the Account selector to choose a specific subaccount before exporting.

  3. My export file is empty. What went wrong?

    This usually means no records match your selected filters. Try widening the date range or switching to a different report type.
