The following User Agreement governs your use of the Platform and includes references to the Risk Disclosure and Disclaimer.
By accessing the Platform, using the Services, or trading Derivatives Products, you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions and risks outlined in the User Agreement and Risk Disclosure and Disclaimer. You declare that you are not habitually residing in any of the Restricted Jurisdictions, and that all information provided to GRVT is true, accurate, up-to-date, and not misleading. You acknowledge that providing false or misleading/ omitting material facts in your declaration may result in immediate rejection of your application, denial of service (including withdrawal of funds), and/ or other immediate action without further notice by GRVT in accordance with laws and its anti-money laundering, anti-terrorist financing, and sanction compliance policies.
