How do I invite team members to a Business Account?

By inviting members to a Business Account on the GRVT app, you are adding them to our platform off-chain. Follow the steps to invite users to your overall Business Account:

  1. From the sidebar menu, select My Account.

  2. Go to Organization management > User management.

  3. Select the All tab and click Invite user.

  4. Enter the email address of the team member you would like to invite to the Business Account and click Confirm.

  5. Notify your invited team members to complete their account creation and verification on GRVT.

Note: Adding and managing users on a Business Account can only be done by those with a Main Admin role.

Once you have invited members to your account (adding them off-chain), you will need to add them on-chain to enable interactions with GRVT Layer 2 smart contracts and Layer 1 Ethereum (such as deposit, transfer, trade, and withdrawal).

To do this, add them to your Funding Account and Trading Accounts.
