1. I cannot sign in on the testnet environment.

Please note that you will have to create a new account in testnet environment even after you have already created one in the mainnet environment.

2. How long does the verification process take?

Due to the high volume of KYC requests, our verification process will take anytime from 3 - 7 working days. You will be notified via email once your account is verified or if further steps are required. We appreciate your patience!

4. I got the “Restricted IP Address” error.

Please check our updated list of restricted jurisdictions here. We are unable to serve any users from these regions.
