When submitting proof of address, it's important to ensure the document is clear, legible, and includes both your name and current residential address. Additionally, the document must be dated within the last three months to be considered valid.

Below are the types of documents we accept as proof of address:

1. Utility Bills

We accept bills from utility services, including:

  • Electricity

  • Water

  • Gas

The bill must be issued within the last three months and display both your name and residential address.

2. Bank or Credit Card Statements

A statement from your bank or credit card provider is also acceptable if it:

  • Is issued within the last three months

  • Clearly shows your name and address

3. Government-Issued Documents

We accept official government documents such as:

  • Property tax statements

  • Other official government correspondence that includes your address

Like the other forms, this document must be issued within the last three months and include your name and address.

Important Reminders:

  • Ensure the document is a recent original or a copy, issued no more than three months ago.

  • The name on the document must match the name on your account.
