Log in: Access your GRVT individual account.
Navigate to Verification: Select "Verify Now" from the sidebar menu.
Submit Proof of Identity: Follow on-screen instructions and ensure document information matches your account details.
Complete Face Verification: Take a selfie for comparison with your ID.
Submit Proof of Address (if requested)
Review: Submit your documents and await an email notification if your verification review is pending. Reach out to [email protected] or [email protected] for further assistance if your status is not updated after 7 days.
Accepted documents: passport, driving license, national ID card, residence permit.
