If your verification attempt has been rejected, don’t worry! You can follow these simple steps to resubmit your documents and complete the verification process smoothly.

1. Restart the verification process

Click on your Verification status on the header or sidebar menu. Follow the steps to upload the required documents again. Make sure to review your submissions carefully before proceeding to avoid common errors.

2. Double-check document requirements

Ensure that your documents meet the following criteria before resubmitting:

  • Clear and legible images: Avoid blurry or dark photos.

  • Full document visibility: Ensure all corners and edges are visible.

  • Correct document type: Submit accepted forms of identification like a valid passport, national ID, or driver’s license. Photocopies or digital copies are often rejected.

3. Addressing specific errors

If you encounter any of the following issues, you may need to take additional steps:

  • Photocopy detected: Make sure you are submitting a high-quality scan or original photo of your document, not a photocopy.

  • Digital ID error: Ensure you are submitting a physical, government-issued ID, not a digital or virtual ID.

  • Liveness error: Ensure that your selfie is clear, matches the photo ID, and adheres to the lighting and background requirements.
