Gravity Exchange - Verification FAQ

1. Why do I need to verify my account?

Verification is required for several reasons:

  • Security: Protects your account from unauthorized access.

  • Compliance: Ensures we meet global regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) standards.

  • Access to Features: You will need to complete verification before you get access to Gravity Exchange’s product.

2. How long does the verification process take?

Due to the high volume of KYC requests, our verification process will take anytime from 3 - 7 working days. You will be notified via email once your account is verified or if further steps are required. We appreciate your patience!

3. What should I do if my verification is rejected?

If your verification is rejected, don't worry! You will receive an email with the reason for rejection and instructions on how to resolve the issue. Common reasons for rejection include:

  • Unsupported ID documents.

  • Expired ID documents.

  • Unclear ID documents picture.

  • Blurry selfie pictures.

  • Proof of address documents that do not meet our requirements.

Please follow the instructions provided and resubmit the correct documents.

4. I got the “Restricted IP Address” error.

Please check our updated list of restricted jurisdictions here. We are unable to serve any users from these regions.

5. Is my personal information safe?

Yes, your privacy and security are our top priorities. All submitted documents are encrypted and stored securely. We comply with all data protection laws and only use your information for verification purposes.

6. My verification is stuck and I cannot complete verification.

Please contact our support team at [email protected] and provide your Account ID and Email together with screenshot(s) and video recording to help us understand your situation. We will assist you as soon as possible.
